SFP-550 Series
Powerful and ruggedly constructed, the patented SFP-550 Series polishing machines are ideal for high volume
production applications. Industry known as the workhorse for standard connectors, they deliver precise processing
and high throughput reliably, with low maintenance requirements. Using recommended processes, it meets the
most demanding specifications of domestic and international standards bodies. All plates, films and pads for the
SFP-550 Series are interchangeable between the 550, 550S and 550E.

SFP-550S
High Volume, PC Based Polishing Machine
Building on the SFP-550 platform, the SFP-550S features a full function LCD touch panel for simplified programming
of various polishing processes. Additionally, it features a slow start function, programmable turntable
speed controller and voltage-free power input for world-wide versatile installation. Best for use in high volume
mass production environments where critical geometry performance is required.
SFP-550E
High Volume, 4 Timer Polishing Machine
Offering features found in the SPF-550S, this model features 4 unique timers instead of a touch panel while still
providing mass production, adaptability and versatility. This allows for simple programming and operation and
reduces operator error. It also features speed control of the turntable and voltage-free power input.
SFP-550
High Volume Polishing Machine
Seikoh Giken’s most reasonably priced model with basic features from their top of the
line models. Originally designed for the proprietary IPC (Individual Pressure Control) system,
this polisher offers even pressure to each ferrule regardless of its protrusion length
while achieving stable, high-quality mass-polishing output. Highly recommended for
multi-installation, large scale cable production factories.
